1. Order Delivery Process
Because your convenience is our priority, every order is confirmed through our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing it.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly — not the shipping company or social media pages:

We follow up with the delivery and will contact you if your order is delayed or rejected within 3 days.
If you encounter any issue after receiving your order, please reach out within 48 hours to take the appropriate action.
Business days: Sunday to Thursday.
Fridays and public holidays are non-working days for both our staff and shipping companies.
2. Delivery Schedule
We process and ship orders 6 days a week (except Fridays).
Typical shipping time is 3 – 5 working days from order confirmation.
You will receive an SMS or a call from the courier when the order is ready for delivery, including COD details if applicable.
